All orders submitted to AtomicNutrition.com are covered by this return policy.
All orders that have not been processed by our staff qualify for a full refund (including shipping). If the order has already been processed, then we will refund your order minus a 15% restocking fee. Orders already shipped out cannot be cancelled or refunded. We cannot recall orders that have already shipped. All orders that are undeliverable will be charged a $6.99 fee.
All returns are subject to the following conditions:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by AtomicNutrition.com must be clearly written all returns. The RMA Number must be printed on the outside of the shipping box. We cannot process returns without this number.
- You must submit your return no later than 30-days from the date the product was shipped out to you.
- All RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
- All products must be returned in “sellable” condition in order to receive full credit. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
- All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products.
- In the event of returning a Free Shipping Item there is a $6.99 deduction off your total refund.
- Refunds will be issued upon delivery of the returned product.
- Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days under any circumstances. If this is the case you must deal with the manufacturer.
Return reason: In the event you received the wrong merchandise
- Very rarely, we may ship the wrong product. This is when the items are different than the actual items you ordered. This is our fault and will be corrected promptly. If that has happened, please log into your account and fill out the RMA form so we can send you a UPS call tag to have the incorrect order picked up at our expense.
- We will issue a full refund, or send out the correct items.
Return reason: Received the correct product/s but simply not satisfy with the item.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply for refund.
- Shipping will not be refunded.
- All products must be returned in “sellable” condition in order to receive credit. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. For opened items you must deal with the manufacturer.
Return reason: Received the correct product/s, opened the product and do not like the flavor or it did not work for you.
- Please contact the manufacturer directly.
- Some manufactures provide a warranty on their products.
- No Refund is allowed.
Include a copy of your AtomicNutrition.com invoice in your return package along with the returned merchandise. Send the package to us via a TRACKABLE method (such as UPS, FedEx or USPS delivery confirmation). We are not responsible for merchandise lost in the mail. |
